Rachael Fletcher: Founder/Chairman

Rachael is the Founder of Medex Group, which she commenced in 2005. Rachael is a true entrepreneur who’s passion for training and Employment stems from her career as a nurse and the wish to offer dedicated, person centered, passionate training and employment solutions for everyone. Rachael is a hands on Chairman and leads the team by innovation and passion being instilled throughout the group on a daily basis. Leading from the top, Rachael provides all employees with superior leadership skills, allowing for innovation and “out of the box” thinking to be utilised to help and support our customers and stakeholders to ensure Medex Group are leading the way in innovated training and employment solutions.

Chris Seel: CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

Chris joined Medex Group in July 2013. Chris brings in-excess of 14 years of expertise to Medex working across DWP, ESF and Skills funding Agency funded provision such as Employment Zones, Flexible New Deal, Gateway, Pathways and Work Programme contracts.
Chris is a results driven and strategically minded Director, with a true passion for the sector. An inspirational leader, who is strategically minded with the ability to embrace a holistic approach and translate key objectives into workable and understandable performance indicators to achieve outstanding results. Chris possess a proven track record of delivering and over exceeding on high profile contracts. Forward thinking, with the ability to understand and develop strategy to achieve objectives through the identification and implementation of structure and empowering people to deliver through performance and innovation.

Christine Howard: Operations Manager

Christine brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her team, being employed within the Welfare to Work and Learning and Skills arena for over 20 years. Christine has worked and managed various DWP, ESF and SFA programmes, working for some of the larger national providers such as NACRO, Chamber of Commerce and Shaw Trust, whereas Christine has managing high profile, high performing multiple contracts within our sector, Christine comes to Medex Group with a lots of experience in start-up and implementation experience. In her spare time, Christine enjoys spending valuable time with her family and also finds the time to fit some water ski-ing.

Julie Fox: Quality Manager

Julie is our newest member of the management team and we are delighted that Julie accepted the new role of Quality Manager for the group. Julie brings in-excess of 10 years’ experience of work based learning, in both delivery roles and management positions. Julie’s leadership style is to empower and enable others to be self-motivated and take ownership for their roles and responsibilities, to be innovative, creative and inspire the customers we work with. Julie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Medex Group and has made a major impact bringing focus to the quality of processes and procedures and overall responsibility for the quality of delivery, teaching and learning including advice and guidance to ensure our learners progress, achieve and follow their career ambitions and aspirations.

Natascha Brunt: Training Co-ordinator Manager

Natascha’s career commenced as working as a PA and she quickly progressed within the company before moving into Recruitment and Welfare to Work. Working in her role as an Employment Advisor, inspiring and motivating her learners to achieve their job goals and enter into sustained paid employment. Natascha has brought her skills and expertise to her new role of Medex’s Training co-ordinator Manager, delivering training on our corporate contracts. Natascha’s drive and determination to strive to bring customer excellence to her role is second to none. Natascha’s hobbies are taking care of her many pets.

Lak Alam: SSU/SSR Contracts Manager

Lak has worked within the Welfare to Work sector for in-excess of four years. Lak’s career started as an Employment Advisor offering support, advice and guidance to his clients to progress and develop long term unemployed to enter into the world of work. Lak quickly progressed into Senior Advisor and Team Leader roles. Lak is a great addition to the Management team bringing his passion and skills, expertise and proven ability to achieve results. Lak enjoys his fitness, regularly attending the gym and pushing himself in his personal life as well as the workplace, completing 20k runs per week. Lak has just taken up a new challenge and is presently learning to snowboard as a new hobby.

Bianca Mohamad: Admin/Claims Manager

Bianca is the newest member of the Management team, joining us in October 2013. Having worked in the Welfare to Work Sector for 4 years in several capacities and regions, Bianca is now utilising her skills, knowledge and experience of the contractual obligations and systems and processes that are required within her new role to streamline our internal processes. Before entering Welfare the Work, Bianca studied Criminology and Psychology at Sheffield Hallam University and gained a 2:1 BA Honours Degree.
Bianca’s past time is cuddling up on the settee to watch a good movie with her partner and her cat, Nowak.

Michelle Liang: Assessor Manager

Michelle joined Medex Group in January 2014 having worked within the Health and Social Care sector for 22 years. Michelle’s career started as an apprentice, completing one of the first ever NVQ programmes. Overcoming lots of challenges along the way and gaining respect and recognition in supporting others to live and maintain a high quality of life through her work within the Health Care sector allowed Michelle to reach her first management position at the young age of 23. One of Michelle’s key strengths is to develop her team by bringing a vast knowledge base from this industry into the training sector. A working mum who loves nothing more than spending time with her children as well as enjoying a spot of D Jing in her spare time.
