Medex was established in 2005 by its entrepreneurial CEO, Rachael Fletcher, to deliver a comprehensive range of top quality and flexible training.

Rachael has always been passionate about the development of others and about passing on her learning and knowledge through training. Originally, started in the health and social care sector, Medex has always been highly innovative and responsive. It was the first service of its kind in the UK where businesses could come for all their training needs.

Today Medex Group is a leading provider of welfare to work, accredited training and work-based learning services for the employed and unemployed. We deliver these services in partnership with the Skills Funding Agency (SFA), the Skills Enhancement Fund (ESF), local authorities and a wide range of UK businesses.
